Costa Rica is one of the most beautiful places in the world and it is a great place to learn Spanish while having fun. Staying with a Tico family is the only way to really experience the country as well because you get a feel for what Costa Rica is all about. There are so many places to see too, everything from waterfalls to volcanoes. I can recommend the home stay program to anyone who likes to get a feel for a new culture without all the tourist traps while learning another language.
