Testimonial

My Costa Rica homestay was amazing and something that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a life-changing experience. I was in the beautiful country of Costa Rica for six months and my host family was incredible. I really felt like part of the family, as they included me in so much of their daily lives. From shopping in the market, to white water rafting, to cooking meals and social get-togethers, my host family was always happy to have me be a participate in any activity. My Spanish improved exponentially because my family was so patient and enthusiastic in helping me learn the language. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the country, making it easy for my friends and I to take weekend trips to the many breath-taking beaches, rainforests, volcanos, and waterfalls in Costa Rica. Although it has been almost two years since I left Costa Rica, I miss is every day and strongly believe that participating in the homestay program is the best way to experience this special country.
